'Grey’s Anatomy' Season 11 Finale Spoilers: Shocking Close Following Shepherd's Death in 'You're My Home'

Grey's Anatomy's 11th season has been quite a bumpy ride for fans. The series will end its crazy season with the finale, entitled "You're My Home," which will air on Thursday.

According to the promotional video trailer for Episode 25 of season 11, viewers will be left in shock.

During this season, so far, Amelia, played by Caterina Scorsone, and Owen, Kevin McKidd, began a romantic relationship and ended it.

Dr. Herman, Geena Davis, fell victim to a tumor that was diagnosed as terminal, which she barely survived.

Patrick Dempsey's Derek Shepherd died in a horrifying car crash, and Meredith, Ellen Pompeo had a baby.

While all of this confirms that no one can truly know what Shonda Rhimes has up her sleeve for the finale, the synopsis does tell viewers that it will just be another addition to the chaos that they have been experiencing for the entire season.

"As the doctors continue to tackle an unfathomable crisis, they are reminded of what is important and brought closer together on the season finale of Grey's Anatomy," says the summary.

During episode 24, the crisis occurred when April brought a victim from the collapsed tunnel to the hospital to see his newborn baby.

Meanwhile, Amelia and Meredith began a feud, as Amelia was upset that Meredith took Derek off of life support without consulting her.

Amelia was in tears, because she never got a chance to say goodbye to her brother.

Hopefully the two can patch things up and help each other to become stronger.
