ABC will wrap up Season 11 of 'Grey's Anatomy,' the long-running medical drama series, with the final episode titled 'You're My Home,' which will be telecast on Thursday, May 14. The promo video of the show's Season 11 episode 25 (finale) will be a shocker for the viewers.

According to IB Times, the vague trailer teases, "With a season like this no one can predict what happens next."

'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 has been a wild one with lots of things happening. For instance, Amelia (Caterina Scorsone) and Owen (Kevin McKidd) began a relationship, but ended it shortly; Dr. Herman (Geena Davis) just survived a tumor that was thought to be terminal; Derek (Patrick Dempsey) was killed in a shocking car accident; and Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) had a baby!

Having said all these, no one is sure what the showrunner Shonda Rhimes has planned for the Season 11 finale. The official synopsis of 'You'r My Home,' however, offers a taste of the delicious disorder set to happen in the finale.

According to the synopsis, "As the doctors continue to tackle an unfathomable crisis, they are reminded of what is important and brought closer together, on the season finale 'Grey's Anatomy.'"

 In episode 24, viewers saw that April (Sarah Drew) bringing in a victim of the collapsed tunnel, who was crushed in his vehicle under debris, to the hospital to provide him an opportunity to survive. Earlier, April described the victim a "black tag" owing to his severe condition, but later her time abroad as well as Meredith's words stuck with her.

April was of the view that if the victim was closer to the hospital, he might survive. Hence, she got the totaled vehicle picked up the victim and brought him straight to Grey Sloan Memorial to ensure that the new father sees his baby.

Perhaps, this incident will bring the doctors together. But is it an indication that Meredith and Amelia will end their feud? In episode 24, Amelia lashes out at her sister-in-law revealing that she was really upset that her sister-in-law took her brother off of life support without even talking to her.

'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 finale titled 'You're My Home' will air Thursday, May 14, at 8:00 pm EDT on ABC.
