'Gotham' Season 3 Spoilers, Release Date: TV Series Producer Spills New Villains To Watch Out For?

The last few final scenes of "Gotham" season 2 gave clues as to who might be the new villains in the next installment of the series.

These villains, which included a woman with thick hair, a man who looked like an alien, a man who looked like Bruce Wayne and another who looked like Bane from "The Dark Knight Rises," were seen treading the city streets in the final minutes of the episode.

In a recent interview, "Gotham" executive producer John Stephens revealed some of the villains who will appear in season 3. He confirmed that the next season will bring viewers its adaptation of the Mad Hatter villain, and that many other villains, including the Tweedle brothers, Talon and Solomon Grundy, will join him in spreading turpitude in the city.

"We'll be seeing Mad Hatter in season 3. We'll be seeing the Tweedle Brothers, too, if we're going to bring the Hatter in. In line with the Court of Owls, we'll be seeing Talon. And, we should be seeing Solomon Grundy," he said.

As of now, the Court of Owls is the most serpentine organization in the city. In season 2, this organization held the reins in Wayne Enterprises and was portrayed as the foremost mischief makers. Knowing what this organization is and what it is capable of doing will give fans of the series an idea of where the next season is actually headed.

Fox has confirmed that the new installment of "Gotham" will hit television screens in fall.
