With few episodes left before the season finale of Fox's "Gotham" season 2, it is revealed that Azrael is set to roam free in episode 20.

"Gotham" season 2 episode 20 is entitled "Unleashed." According to Spoilers Guide, Azrael manages to escape from confinement in Gotham City and this ignites Penguin's thirst for revenge. As per the publication, Bruce is also set to ask help from Selina Kyle in hunting down Professor Strange, as the dodges his arrests for the experiments that he has conducted. Whether the two will be successful in tracking down the professor is yet to be revealed.

As fans can recall from "Gotham" season 2 episode 19, entitled Azrael, a strange discovery took place in Gotham City. According to Spoilers Guide, Gordon and Bruce interrogated Professor Strange concerning Project Chimera, which prompted the professor to send the recently revived Galavan to come face to face with Gordon. The episode also saw Nygma scrutinize Professor Strange's profile to learn who he really was.

Meanwhile, Professor Strange is set to reveal his explosive plan in "Gotham" season 2 episode 22, season finale. Entitled "Transference," the episode will see Gotham City face a new threat, since the professor's inmates create a plan to escape and begin their new lives. Along with this, Bruce, Gordon, and Lucius are set to stay at Indian Hill. Details on why they chose to remain in the locale are yet to be revealed.

"Gotham" season 2 episode 19, "Azrael," aired on May 2 while episode 20, "Unleashed," airs on May 9. Then, episode 22, "Transference," is set to air on May 23.
