Gospel Artist, Pastor Travis Greene Announces Aug. 17-19 "Engage Culture Weekend" Featuring Host Of Activities, Concert, Special Guests
Gospel artist and pastor Travis Greene is presenting a power-packed weekend of entertainment, worship and community festivities with this year's "Engage Culture Weekend," taking place Aug. 17-19 in Columbia, S.C. The weekend aims to inspire a celebration of God's love and the culture today that reaches people beyond the church.
Following sold-out tour dates around the world, and the recent success of his acclaimed albums, The Hill, and, Crossover: Live from Music City, Greene is following the charge of being an agent for change and an openhearted pursuit of God. During the "Engage Culture Weekend," Greene is welcoming a wide range of special guests, with the ultimate aim of reaching out beyond the church to engage and take the inspiring power and message of worship out to the masses, serving the greater community and those in need.
The "Engage Culture Weekend" will feature a number of events such as a city-wide service project; a celebrity basketball game; and inspiring worship, music, and entertainment, including appearances by Travis Greene, Elevation Worship, Pastor John Gray, and Relentless Worship, Israel and Adrienne Houghton (née Bailon), J.J. Hairston, Pastor Tavner Smith, Michelle Williams, and more.
In addition, Greene will also celebrate two years of service at the church he leads with his wife Dr. Jackie Greene. Forward City Church says they will continue their mission during the weekend to provide a place of freedom that eliminates cultural barriers, united to make a difference in the world and be a place of open worship.
The "Engage Culture Weekend" also brings the opportunity to worship together and inspire each other, with tickets available now for the "Engage Culture Concert" on Saturday, Aug. 18 at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center, including access for General Admission, All Access Weekend Passes, Silver and Gold Passes.
Tickets to the "Engage Culture Concert" taking place 5-10 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 18, can be purchased here.
