The Golden State Warriors will clash with the Philadelphia 76ers on February 9 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The Warriors (40-9) are trying to win two consecutive games when they face the 76ers on Monday night.

"We were horrible but the last three minutes we decided to guard," said Warriors head coach Steve Kerr to reporters in reference to his squad's recent performance against the Knicks.

Previously, Golden State defeated the New York Knicks by a final score of 106-92 on February 7; a game where Warriors point guard Stephen Curry scored 22 points in the aforementioned win.

"We feel like we could play better. We were a little fatigued and it kind of showed but that shouldn't be an excuse for how we executed on both ends of the floor," said Curry to reporters.

"Just wasn't our greatest of games."

Meanwhile, the 76ers (12-40) will look to extend their current winning streak to two games when they battle the Warriors at the Wells Fargo Center.

"I'm proud of the mental toughness and the resiliency not to roll over," said Philadelphia head coach Brett Brown to reporters.

"On many levels, I'm just thrilled with the group."

Previously, the 76ers defeated to the Charlotte Hornets by a score of 89-81 on February 7 after Philadelphia small forward Robert Covington scored 22 points the aforementioned victory.

"We just locked in on the defensive end," said Covington to reporters.
