'God's Not Dead 2' Trailer, Cast: Lead Star Melissa Joan Hart Talks Insights On The Movie [WATCH]

Hollywood could be slightly scary for Christians in the entertainment industry, according to former child actress and "God's Not Dead 2" cast member Melissa Joan Hart.

Hart plays Grace Wesley in Harold Cronk's drama film "God's Not Dead 2." In her interview with Fox News, Hart said that these days, it was a talent to be politically correct and she found that as long as she did not care for what others thought and she stood by her values, it did not matter what other people said.

The "God's Not Dead 2" actress said that people were going to argue with her no matter if she said something controversial or not. The actress also mentioned that she was going to ignore them because she had every right to say what she wanted to say and put out what she felt.

Hart also said that she did not judge others and she was definitely not trying to hurt anyone's feelings. She added that as far as her faith, she thought it was important to share that those were her values and she was going to use them to guide them through life and she was not going to steer away from it.

For Hart, they were part of who she was.

Serving as a sequel to Cronk's 2014 film "God's Not Dead," "God's Not Dead 2" follows a high school teacher, Wesley, who was asked a question in class about Jesus' teachings, them to Martin Luther King's and Mahatma Gandhi's, and her logic-based response leads her to deep trouble.

According to Christian Examiner, Wesley also counsels a student, who is still grieving for the loss of her brother, in the film. Their conversation leads to matters like faith and eternity, which were the sources of her love for her students.

The film stars Jesse Metcalfe, David A.R. White, Ray Wise, Robin Givens, Hayley Orrantia, Ernie Hudson, and Fred Dalton Thompson, among others.

With Cronk at the helm of the film, "Do You Believe?" writers Chuck Konzelman and Cary Solomon are on board to pen the film script. The film will be co-produced by Matt Shapira, Jami Solomon, Dustin Solomon, and Dan Campell, among others.

Cronk's "God's Not Dead 2" is set to premiere in theaters in the United States on Apr. 1.
