'Gilmore Girls' Reunion On Netflix: Original Cast Members Return, John Cabrera, John Cabrera, Todd Lowe Yet To Confirm?

Netflix has confirmed that the "Gilmore Girls" reunion is now official and in line with this, details about the upcoming remake have been revealed.

The "Gilmore Girls" remake is set to have four episodes, each running for 90 minutes, according to TV. As per the publication, the episodes will also match to a specific season, "Winter," "Spring," "Summer," and "Fall," allowing the entire show to last throughout the whole calendar year. "Winter's" episode 1 will see the grief due to Richard's passing in December 2014.

With regard the cast members, reports say that Kelly Bishop, who plays Emily Gilmore, is returning, along with Lauren Graham (Lorelai Gilmore), Scott Patterson (Luke Danes), Sean Gunn (Kirk Gleason), Keiko Agena (Lane Kim), and Alexis Bledel (Rory Gilmore). In her interview with TV Line, Bishop confirmed that Liza Weil's Paris Geller and Rose Abdoo's Gypsy were also returning.

On Jan 29, Yanic Truesdale, who played inn employee and Paw-Paw and Chin-Chin owner Michel Gerard also tweeted that he was returning to the show.

With a lot of cast members going to appear in "Gilmore Girls" reboot, John Cabrera and Todd Lowe have yet to confirm whether they are returning or not.

The "Gilmore Girls" remake is set to be helmed by show creator Amy Sherman-Palladino, along with Graham and Bledel. Along with Sherman-Palladino, her husband Dan Palladino, will also co-executive produce the episodes in the season, as per Market Watch.

With the favorite comedy-drama series now in progress, exact details on additional characters, cast, and release date are yet to be revealed.
