Three months before "Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life" premieres on Netflix, fans are already on the lookout for spoilers.

The photo finds Lorelai and Luke returning to the Stars Hollow landmark to grace a screening with some other fellow residents, including Lane. What specifically sparked speculations among fans is the surprising look on Lorelai's face. Fans are concerned with Lorelai's phone, specifically the person on the other end of the line, and what shocking news that person is relaying to her. Since Luke is pointing to himself in the photo, fans speculate that the bombshell has something to do with him.

Fans are also wondering why Kirk, the militant box office attendant assigned at the venue, did not toss Luke and Lorelai out on their hindquarters for breaking the establishment's rule when it comes to using smartphones.

Some speculate that Rory could be the person Lorelai is talking to, and she's relaying some really good news to her. It could be about moving home or meeting a new guy.
