Susan Hornsby made her first appearance on Tuesday's episode of "General Hospital" ("GH") leading to Paul Hornsby making a confession that he was the serial killer who had killed many of the patients in the hospital and tried to do away with Monica Quartermaine.

Unfortunately for him, his dirty little secret was not only heard by his daughter, but by Tracy as well. This means that viewers should expect things to get more interesting in the upcoming episode.

According to spoilers, Tracy will have been shaken by what she had learned. Moreover, knowing that her ex-husband had killed several people for his daughter will put her life in danger in the next episode. It can be recalled that this is exactly how Sabrina Santiago lost her life, when she unexpectedly realized that Paul Hornsby was the mysterious killer.

While the district attorney does not know yet that his ex-wife was standing at the doorway while making his dark confession to Susan, everything will change on Wednesday's episode as soon as he finds out she's there. Fans speculate that it will be impossible for Tracy to walk out of there without anyone knowing, because either Susan will look up to see her and alert her dad, or one of the staff members of the hospital will see her.

Since Paul is closer to Tracy than he was to Sabrina, it will be hard for him to decide if he should kill the mother of his son just to ensure that his secret won't come out. It is possible that Paul will have a change of heart in the next episode and decide to turn himself in, or he will end up killing his ex-wife.

The new episode of "General Hospital" airs on Sept. 29 on ABC.
