A lot of people are getting really excited about "Gears of War 4" which is about to be released soon. Right now, the available online beta clearly shows a very promising game which is sure to be enjoyed by fans all around the world.

According to Attack of the Fanboy, there will be a lot of cool improvement and features in the upcoming Gears of War videogame as experienced in the beta.

New features in combat

Gears of War 4 there will be a new feature called "CCC" or "Close Cover Combat" system. The game is more diverse now and compared to just a game of shoot and take cover. Players can rip their opponents out of their covers by reaching over the objects they us as cover and pulling them out to finish them off with melee attacks or close combat striking.

A "Vault Kick" will be introduced. Players can hop right over the cover and kick the opponent right at the face. Also, a "Dropshot" will be introduced as a new attack. A rocket will be launched into the air, which will then. release a bomb to the enemies underneath it

Gameplay

Map control, great strategic planning and execution will still the core values of success in this game. The game modes available in the beta are the co-op TDM, the standard Team Deathmatch and also the Dodgeball.

Dodgeball is a new game mode created by the developers of the game, The Coalition. In the game, comebacks can happen as players kill their opponents. A player's dead teammate can be revived after killing an opponent. So it's gonna be a back and forth battle until one team is totally dominated.

Maps

There will be three Standard Gears of War maps in the beta. All of which has nice cover spots, and control points which smart teams can secure. There will be a spawn protection feature in the game. This is good for the participants so that they can find a place to set up and restrategize. However, gamers should be smart about where they go and hunt their opponents because that spawn protection might also be turn out to be against their favor.

Visuals

As for the visuals, The Coalition is promising 1080p and 60fps visuals once the final product has been rolled out.
