Gayle King News: Famous Journalist Loses 4 Pounds After First Week With Weight Watchers

The famous journalist of 'CBS This Morning' Gayle King is definitely making some progress regarding her weight loss goals after just one week, King revealed her initial weight loss of four pounds sharing several of her new lifestyle happenings on her social media.

It is always good to be healthy and it is never too late since King is already 60 years old and she is quite motivated to achieve her goal in living a healthier and fitter life. Just last month, King posted a photo of herself on a weighing scale showing her weight loss in just a week of being with Weight Watchers.

"Oh Noooo just weighed in. Thought I was 5 lbs less and felt bad about THAT," King wrote alongside a split photo showing her previous weight to be 184.5 lbs and now down to 180.5 lbs. "Was planning to start @WeightWatchers Monday after a last supper weekend. Now starting TODAY!!!!!!" she added.

Of course working out is not complete if you don't watch your diet which is just what King is doing lately posting another photo of herself with her nutritious meals everyday that is prepared for her. She wrote "First week on @weightwatchers!" alongside the photo adding, "So far no cheating...Long long way to go..."

This was not the first time that the famous journalist ventured on the healthy lifestyle in fact, King revealed that she even tried Beyonce's vegan diet when she shared on Instagram writing, "Fatter than I have ever been!" she previously wrote adding, "Help has just arrived in the form of @Beyonce 22 day vegan diet...Very new for me so we shall see. Thinking its Beyoncé approved so off we go."

Just for the thirst to be healthy, it is already quite a success so congratulations and keep it up King!
