'Game of Thrones' Season 6 Rumors: Online Leak of Casting Announcements Spark Rumors

Game of Thrones Season five is not over just yet, but plans for season six are already underway. On that note, several character descriptions have been leaked, which is nothing new for the show.

No character names have been attached to the descriptions, but those who have read the books can take a pretty good guess at who each of the characters in the new season will be, based on the descriptions alone.

For instance, this description: "Man in his 40s to late 50s. He's 'an infamous pirate who has terrorized seas all around the world. Cunning, ruthless, with a touch of madness.' He's a dangerous looking man. A very good part this season."

This points fans in the direction of Euron Greyjoy, one of Balon Greyjoy's younger brothers.

Balon Greyjoy is currently played by actor Patrick Malahide, and the appearance of his brother Euron, will be a sign that one of the characters on the show who has long been dead in the books will finally meet their end.

Euron Greyjoy is also a helper in linking Daenerys, played by Emilia Clarke, to the main Westeros plot.

However, in the book, Victarion, Euron's brother is involved in this, and none of the descriptions that have been leaked point to him.

Although, the most recent episode of season five suggests that Victarion may not be essential to the show in terms of that particular plot line.

Other descriptions point to Randyll Tarly, who is the father of Samwell Tarley, played by John Bradley on the show. Fans have a long wait to get confirmation of these speculations.
