'Game Of Thrones' Season 6 Episode 10 Spoilers: Cersei Trial Kicks Off; Popular R+L=J Mystery Solved?
The finale of "Game of Thrones" season 6 is coming up, and spoilers for episode 10 show Cersei in a trial for her life while Bran is back with his visions, which probably will be the Tower of Joy.
The trailer released by HBO reveals the High Sparrow informing Cersei the terms of the trial. Her chances are not so great this time, however, as The Mountain may not fight on her behalf after King Tommen outlawed the violent practice.
"Now, Cersei will be judged by seven septas (the Westeros equivalent of nuns)," The Telegraph said. "It will be interesting to see how she pleads."
There's still her cousin Lancel, the loyal Faith Militant, who is willing to sacrifice himself in order to confess about having sex with Cersei while she was still married to King Robert Baratheon.
Hempstead Wright previously teased "Game of Thrones" season 6, episode 10 spoilers to THR as he said that the Tower of Joy vision may be revisited by Bran, and perhaps indirectly address the popular R+L=J theory purportedly explaining Jon Snow's parentage.
He also promised that there's going to be a "bombshell" that will be dropped in Bran's next visions.
"There are no visions where we're like, 'Oh, well, cool, we kind of already knew that anyway.' Every time it's like, 'Oh, wow! That's extraordinary!' There are a couple of visions coming up that I'm really excited to see," he said.
In other episode 10 spoilers for "Game of Thrones" season 6, Littlefinger seems to have confessed his love for Sansa Stark while Ser Davos gives Melisandre a tongue lashing for past transgressions.
