Telltale has finally revealed to eager fans when they will be able to play the next installment of its Game of Thrones series of games.

Episode 4 in the franchise, Sons of Winter will be coming to PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PC and Mac starting on Tuesday, May 26.

Xbox One and Xbox 360 owners will be getting the next installment a day after that, Wednesday, May 27, and the game will be available for play on iOS and Android devices from the 28^th of May.

A new trailer for the episode has been released. Based on the trailer, players will be able to travel beyond the Wall, journeying into King's Landing and across the sea in to Meereen, the slave city.

The games in the series are based on the A Song of Ice and Fire fantasy novels by author George R.R. Martin, and the TV adaptation of the book, Game of Thrones.

The game was released in December 2014 for Android, iOS, PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

The game follows the format of other titles that Telltale has developed, such as The Walking Dead, The Wolf Among Us and Tales from the Bordlerlands.

Player choices and actions in the game influence events that take place later on, across a six episode arc.

Each episode of the game contains five points in which the player must make a decision, choosing from one of two options.

The game also tracks how many players selected each option and allows players to compare their choice to the rest of the player base.

For those that may not know, players can complete the game regardless of what choices they make.
