'Galavant' Season 2 Trailer, Premiere Date: Is Galavant Still On His Mission To Win Back Madalena's Heart?

The trailer of "Galavant" season 2 is out. The show is set for another 10 episodes as announced by ABC.

In the trailer, we see that every one is back for the second season. We see that Galavant is still on his mission to win back Madalena's heart as we see him and the group sailing towards their destination.

Galavant, an American fairy tale-themed musical comedy television series was created, written, and executive produced by Dan Fogelman; starring Joshua Sasse, Timothy Omundson, Vinnie Jones, Mallory Jansen, Karen David and Luke Youngblood. The show is narrated by Ben Presley.

The songs of the show are composed by Disney's Alan Menken. Menken teamed up with lyricist Glenn Slater to produce a "Galavant magic" according to ABC.

The show stars Joshua Sasse as Galavant, the eponymous hero. He is trying to save his former love (Mallory Jansen) from the evil king, King Richard, portrayed by Timothy Omundson.

In the next season of the show, the princess is in danger and Galavant will try to save the day, while King Richard on the other hand, will try to pull a stand-up comedy after getting some lessons from the Jester. Only the future can tell what insane idea the king comes up with next. 

Also, all eight episodes of the first season is now available on iTunes. According to TV Series Finale, the first season would be free on iTunes prior to the premier of the second season.

The musical comedy, "Galavant" season 2 premieres on January 3, 2016 at 8 p.m. on ABC.
