‘Furious 8’ Cast, Release Date: Set To Release In April 2017, Jordana Brewster And Cody Walker Appear In Coming Film?

"Furious 8" is slated to hit the cinemas a little more than a year from now, and we are getting more details on the possible appearances of Jordana Brewster and Cody Walker.

Brewster who portrayed Mia Toretto in five "Furious" movies expressed her willingness to be in "Furious 8" if the team wanted her on board, "there hasn't been discussion but I can kind of see it go either way."

"Mia is with Brian but on the other hand she's still Dom's sister. I don't know. I'm not sure," Brewster added to Slashfilm.

The American actress and model also has expressed her love for the film, "The best part was Paul and now it's the fans."

A number "Furious" actors have already signed in to reprise their iconic characters in the new movie. Vin Diesel, the movie's main actor and big boss, says that he will add characters according to the story's need, "it's (storyline) a very rich property and we're committed to treating it with a lot of class."

Meanwhile, reports claim that Cody Walker, who filled in the shoes of his late brother Paul in "Furious 7", will be back to play a new character. The younger walker is rumored to be playing Brian's brother Jack O'Conner, reports Crossmap.

Meanwhile, Universal Pictures Chairman Donna Langley said that the "Furious" movie series is finding its direction as it continues to flourish in the cinemas. This means that in the future, the movie may bring in and say goodbye to characters as it continues to craft incredible action stories.

"Furious 8" is set to hit the theaters on April 14, 2017. The film will reportedly tape in New York, Cuba, and Atlanta.
