'Fuller House' News: John Stamos Clarifies Thoughts on the Reboot Sans Olsen Twins

Fans were shocked and disappointed to find out that the Olsen twins weren't interested in appearing in the 'Full House' spin-off, however it would seem like none were more disappointed than the show's co-star John Stamos.

On Twitter Stamos stated that he was "#heartbroken" over the news. This statement contrasted his initial reaction upon finding out that the twins stated that they weren't even aware of the reboot show.

Stamos was witnessed on Twitter saying that he thought it was "b******" before his tweet was deleted. He later stated that him and Mary-Kate had a discussion on it afterwards.

"I understand they're in a different place and I wish them the best," Stamos later tweeted. "I promise you will not be dissapointed [sic] with our reunion and spin off!!"

The actor was seen going into more depth on how he felt in a Facebook post. It read:

"Just so you reporters know - this is not a money gig for any of us. Quite the opposite. We want to give the fans what they deserve for supporting us for so many years. We all just want to have fun - do it in a classy way on Netflix and have a good time. Sad that a few don't share the rest of the cast's opinion - I can only wish them the best."

"Premiering on Netflix in 2016, the series finds D.J. Tanner-Fuller employed as a vet, pregnant and recently widowed, and living in San Francisco. Stephanie, now an aspiring musician, and single mother Kimmy - along with Kimmy's feisty teenage daughter Ramona - all move in to help take care of D.J.'s two boys, the rebellious 12-year-old J.D. and neurotic 7-year-old Max, and her soon-to-arrive baby," writes THR.
