'Frozen 2' Release Date News, Movie Plot: Sequel Filming Starts In April; Will Use 'Let It Go' Again?

"Frozen 2" is officially happening and not just the kids but also the kids at heart cannot contain their excitement upon hearing the news. Kristen Bell, who voices as Princess Anna revealed recently that production will begin next month.

Speaking to Collider, Bell expressed her excitement about the sequel. "What I know about that whole team is that they wouldn't just put something out to put it out," the star said. "That's why it took them so long to even announce that we were doing the second one...It took them a while because they wanted to figure out what story they needed to tell." 

As of writing, the star also claimed that the script for the sequel is very much done, although, the release date has not been announced yet.

As for its soundtrack, there are rumors that they will the old anthem "Let It Go." Bell neither confirm nor deny the news during another interview with E! Online. However, she stated that she isn't sure if the new songs could surpass the success that the celebrated song had made and continues to make.

"Nothing should top that. Even when I hear it, hearing it as many times, as I have, every time I hear it, it gives me the tingles," she said. "I think there's going to be a lot of great songs in the next movie but I don't know if any of them will top "Let It Go," she added.

She also hinted that there will be no duet between Queen Elsa and Princess Anna in the coming sequel. More "Frozen 2" updates in the future as this story develops.
