'Frozen 2' Plot Spoilers, Rumors: Elsa Death Ruled Out, Royal Sisters May Have a Hit Duet
The super success of Disney's 2013 animated film 'Frozen' and the pressure from fans led the studio to plan a sequel with the hope of repeating the magic of the original film. As of now, Disney plans to release the sequel, currently dubbed as 'Frozen 2,' after 2018.
According to Christian Today, ever since the studio made its plans about 'Frozen 2' public, there have been plenty of rumors regarding the upcoming movie's plot, including the death of Elsa. Nevertheless, The Telegraph directly dispelled this rumor is directly in its report, which stated that Elsa is unlikely to die because the film's success is dependent on the character living on and enjoying her life as a royal. Another report also claimed that Elsa's closed personality in the first movie will be cast off in the second film. Fans will be able to see a happier, funnier Snow Queen in "Frozen 2."
In the meantime, Chris Buck, who is one of the directors of the film, offered some details about the film saying that they are working on a "cool" plot for the sequel. He, however, did not reveal further details. Nevertheless, there are many other exciting things to know about the movie.
It has been confirmed that friendly snowman Olaf (Josh Gad) will be a part of the movie again, and speculations are rife that he will be getting his own shot at romance. This time around, he secures his right to be happy.
In addition, Kristen Bell and Idina Menzel, the original voice actors for Elsa and Anna, will also return for the sequel. There are rumors that the Arendelle sisters will be having a big duet in 'Frozen 2,' together with the expectation that the film will also be a musical similar to the original one. Nevertheless, as of now, there is no confirmation that the composers for "Let It Go" will be joining the team for the new 'Frozen' movie.
However, one thing is certain and that is 'Frozen 2' will have new songs and one, or maybe more, will be a hit to the many fans of the Disney franchise.
