Fox Fall TV Schedule 2015 News: New Network Shows Include 'Lucifer', 'The Minority Report' & More
Fox has finally announced which new shows it will be picking up this season. The network announced that it requested series orders for The Grinder, Grandfathered, The Guide to Surviving Life, and Rosewood amongst many others.
Next, it announced that it would be picking up The Frankenstein Code, and Deadline reports that Fox has picked up Minority Report and Lucifer as well.
Lucifer stars Tom Ellis as the title character, Lucifer, the Lord of Hell.
He is bored so he decides to leave his position in the underworld and move to Los Angeles to help the LAPD to punish lawbreakers.
Minority Report, is set in 2065, 10 years after the end of PreCrime, which is a police force that arrested criminals before they commited crimes precogs who could tell the future.
However, things have changed and fighting crime is relying more on the use of technology.
The Frankenstein Code is inspired by Mary Shelley's iconic tale, and features Rob Kazinsky. Kazinsky plays Jimmy Pritchard, a corrupt police officer who is retired and then given a second chance, provided he change his old ways.
Rosewood is a medical drama, which has been praised highly due to the acting of Morris Chestnut in the series.
Chestnut plays Dr. Beaumont Rosewood Jr., a private pathologist who has a state of the art lab in Miami. Rosewood uses his technology to track down bodies.
Grandfathered is a single camera comedy, which stars John Stamos, playing a fictional version of himself.
Stamos finds out that he is about to become a father and a grandfather. Look out for these shows as well as The Guide to Surviving Life and The Grinder, on Fox, this season.
