It is no secret that Ford is one of the fastest cars in the history. Right now, the American two seated super car has something new to offer with its super windshield called the "Gorilla Glass Hybrid Windshield".

Maxim reported that Ford GT is of its highest confidence with its newest Gorilla Glass as it was developed by Corning Inc., one of the most trusted science innovators when it comes to technology.

In addition, the report describes how strong and reliable the "Gorilla Glass Hybrid Windshield" is, as it is far lighter but stronger than the conventional glass with its weight of 12 pounds. With this weight, it is expected that it one can speed up to a required speed limit without worrying that the glass shield will break.

Amazingly, Ford applies the multiple layer glass to areas like in the windshield part, rear window, and glass engine cover.

On the other hand, Ford engineers concluded that the glass is perfect to be use in the inner most part rather than in the outer part. As evidence, a video entitled "The Glass Age: Strong Durable Glass" explained every detail as to why the glass is applied and working the way it should be.
