The rumors have just been confirmed that rapper and reality star Flavor Flav has been arrested and charged with DUI, Marijuana Possession and Driving with suspended license. The celebrity was reportedly driving around Las, Vegas Nevada when he was stopped by the highway patrol for speeding.

It has been reported that Flav was going 73 mph in a 45 mph zone which led him being stopped and inspected. The highway patrol reportedly spotted Flav's container of an alcoholic drink open while he was driving which then led the patroller to inspect his vehicle finding marijuana.

Flav, with real name William Jonathan Drayton, Jr. was then arrested for DUI, possession of marijuana, speeding, driving with an open container of alcohol and driving with a suspended license and registration. Indeed it is a lot of charges which had a bail of $7,000.

Reports suggest that the rapper turned reality star who was arrested this Thursday has posted bail paying the amount just today. It was not the first time that this incident happened according to several reports.

Previously, Flav had been arrested and charged for a traffic stop violation while he was driving to his mother's funeral. The celebrity then pleaded not guilty at the Nassau County Courtroom earlier this year.

After the court hearing in 2014, Flav apparently was not that affected by what might people say about the charges against him saying, "I don't like the circumstances, but I like the attention," when he was interviewed outside of court.

Even before last year's incident and this Thursday's arrest, Flav was also involved in a legal problem 15 times before according to several reports. Apparently, Flav had his driver's license suspended 15 times already prior to his current charges.

Meanwhile, there are still no official statements coming from Flav's party.
