Dawn Michele, the lead singer of rock band Fireflight, celebrated the birth of her first child on Monday with her husband, musician Matt Lott.

The baby is named Johnny Scott Danger Lott was born in Albuquerque (3/23/15) at 12:21 p.m. MDT, weighing 7 pounds, 8 ounces and measuring 19½ inches long.

"Meet Johnny Scott Danger Lott. This is the best day of my life!" tweeted Dawn and then shared the photo on Instagram and Facebook. "Your prayers made it possible. I love you all!"

The band has remained quiet on the tour front, which is understable due to Dawn's pregnancy. However, Fireflight is preparing to release their first new album in over three years, INNOVA.

INNOVA has already sparked Fireflight's eighth No. 1 hit on Billboard's Christian Rock chart, and lead single "Resuscitate" continues to hold down the top spot on the chart for its 12th consecutive week.

Next single "We Are Alive," is now on radio. "Resuscitate" is really heavy while the amped up energy of "We Are Alive" taps into the concept of community and the ability to build one another up.
