'Final Fantasy' X and X-2 HD PS4 Remastered News: Gamed Get Revamped for Playstation 4
The famed Final Fantasy titles are set to receive more HD remasters for the Playstation 4, the new games include 'Final Fantasy X' and Final Fantasy X-2'.
The game was remastered just last year in March for the Playstation 3 and PS Vita, and gave next-gen users the opportunity to revisit the game with better graphics, a revamped soundtrack, and some additional content.
Fans will essentially receive the same for the PS4 remaster.
"Posting via the Square Enix USA Twitter account, the company also revealed that fans who pre-order the PS4 release will receive a free desktop calendar featuring Yoshitaka Amano's artwork. Amano has provided artwork and logo designs for various Final Fantasy games, and served as the character designer on Final Fantasy I-VI," cites Gamespot.
They go on to add, "The game isn't the only one to get a high-definition release from Square Enix this year, as Final Fantasy Type-0 will be launching for the PlayStation 4 on March 17. Fans who pre-order the Day One edition of Type-0 will receive a download code for the Final Fantasy XV demo."
The Playstation 4 remaster will be available on May 12th.
