'Final Fantasy 7' Remake Release Date, News, Update: Remake Will Be Consisting of Multiple Episodes
It was previously reported that the remake for "Final Fantasy 7" will be consisting of multiple episodes. Now, according to some reports, there would also be a bundle package containing all of the episodes which might come in 2019.
According to Cross Map, the PlayStation 4 version of the game will be available in 2017 and the following episodes will be available in 2018. It was also reported by the site that there will be a great possibility that all of the episodes will be compiled together into one package by 2019.
Game producer Yoshinori Kitase said that the game developers have already agreed on the number of episodes they will make but has not yet considered it as their final decision since they might adjust their plans as the whole process of development goes on.
"We do have an idea on the project side in terms of how many installments it may consist of, but unfortunately, we can't share that at the moment. Of course, as we're creating and developing the scenario and the stories, these are things that move in real time. So, the plan may change along the way," Kitase said.
Fans were first worries to hear that the game would come into multi-part episodes. They fear that it would not be worth what they will pay for and would not satisfy them since it would not be complete yet. Because of that, it was compare to Telltale's 2-3 hour episodes.
In other news, "Final Fantasy 15" is one of the most awaited game today. The game will be released September 30, 2016.
