Final Fantasy 15 Release Date, News: Set To Come Out In March, Will Feature Aerial Battles
The release of "Final Fantasy 15" is just around the corner. Lead Planner Ishikawa Tomonori and Lead Level Designer Terada Takefumi recently revealed new cool facts about the upcoming game.
According to Tomonori, one of the maps was so big that even developers sometimes gets lost in it. "Altissia" is the name of the map that he's talking about.
"Altissia has many and varied locations, such as multiple cafes, ship-bourne market places and parks etc. The city is of a considerable scale, to the extent that even the developers sometimes get lost there!" the game's lead planner said according to Gear Nuke.
He also added that the conventional game difficulties will not be featured in the game but to compromise, you can switch from different kinds of battle modes that suit your gaming experience.
"The equivalent to difficulty level settings in FFXV is a system where you can switch between different battle modes," Tomonori said. "By having this ability to switch modes, we want to make it so that both players who like action oriented, technical gameplay and also those who want to fight at a slower, more relaxed pace can all enjoy the combat in their own style."
Another exciting feature that the game will have is the different locations to do battle. Gamers should expect an aerial battle, a first in the franchise.
"We have also created exciting aerial battles with flying foes and gigantic boss enemies, so watch out for those," according to Takefumi.
"Final Fantasy 15" is set to come out in March according to Polygon.
