'Fifty Shades of Black' Movie News: Marlon Wayans to Produce Parody Film of 'Fifty Shades of Grey'

One of the kings of parody filmmaking has recently announced his new undertaking to be none other than the infamous 'Fifty Shades of Grey.'

Wayans has announced the title to be 'Fifty Shades of Black,' and along with starring, he will also produce and direct the film.

IM Global will be partnering with Wayans on the project also, making it their second endeavor since the 'Haunted House' spoofs.

"We're excited to be back in business with IM Global doing our comedic remix of this movie," Wayans states, "Sex and comedy go hand-in-hand, and I'm looking forward to having fun with this project. It's amazing when a film of this caliber comes along begging to be made fun of. I'm really happy to be doing what I love with people I love to do it with. That double entendre was intentional."

The project should be something that long time Wayans fans should easily be able to get behind. The actor has been working in spoof comedy since very early in his career until recently graduating into producing his own.

"Wayans is a member of the comedic Wayans family who rocked 'In Living Color.' He continued on to star alongside his brothers in the WB's 'The Wayans Brothers' and then hit the big screen in 'Scary Movie,' 'Scary Movie 2,' 'White Chicks,' 'A Haunted House' and 'A Haunted House 2.' He has also collaborated with the co-founder of the popular comedic online platform 'Funny or Die'." writes Latin Post.

'Fifty Shades of Black' plans to make its premiere early 2016.
