'Fear The Walking Dead' Season 2 Premiere Date, Teaser Trailer Recap: New Season Explores The Aquatics? [WATCH]
The survivors of the zombie apocalypse are set to explore the aquatics in "Fear The Walking Dead" season 2 teaser trailer.
According to Hollywood Life, the "Fear The Walking Dead" season 2 teaser features the sea, which is assumed to be unsafe. The clip opened with the characters aboard in an ocean setting. The next sequence sees a crowd and a zombie in the water, along with the message "No safe harbor." Based on the trailer, it is assumed that fans would see a shift in how the survivors have to deal with the zombies.
"Fear The Walking Dead" season 2 also reveals that people managed to be with Abigail and the yacht. While they could set for a safe journey, it looks like they are going to encounter new challenges with their destination likely to be unknown at this point. Also, season 2 questions the manner the survivors are going to deal with the zombies who can swim in the water.
In her interview with Deadline, "The Walking Dead" executive produce Gale Anne Hurd confirmed that "Fear The Walking Dead" season 2 is set to be boat-based and on the sea. She said that it is guaranteed that fans would see a boat in the series' second installment.
With regard to the "The Walking Dead" series, Hurd said that they did no like to move so fast at the expense of the character just to show the audience "key iconic moments" from the comic book, such the Carl losing his eye. For the executive producer, they had an enormous cast and they wanted to make sure that all of them had stories that fully round out their characters, just the the positive transformation in Madison.
"Fear The Walking Dead" season 2 is set to air on Apr. 10.
