'Hercules' movie star Dwayne "The Rock" recently talked about the passing of his friend and 'Fast and Furious 7' co-star Paul Walker in numerous interviews.

"Any time you lose a loved one, it's tough, and we all deal with it in our own certain way," said Johnson to Independent, "I think the studio was very challenged to try and work out how we were going to make that movie without Paul. It's going to be very special. It's going to be emotional and I think audiences are going to appreciate it."

In another interview, the 42-year old part-time WWE superstar (and future WWE HOF) also revealed whether or not he would return for a potential eighth movie in the popular film franchise which also stars Vin Diesel.

"I don't know," said the Rock to the Toronto Sun, "I was very happy with the way Fast & Furious 7 was completed. I think Paul would have wanted that. In fact, I know Paul would have wanted that." He added, "When something like that happens, it's a harsh reminder of how fortunate we are, and it makes you hug your loved ones harder. I think this installment is going to be a special one - for a lot of reasons, but especially in the wake of Paul's death."

Johnson also talked about the entire crew's reaction when they finally completed the film after taking a hiatus post Walker's sudden death on November 30, 2013.

"Last day on set, it was bittersweet. It was emotional, it was beautiful. It was amazing, it was sad, it was all those things. We are all in the business we all know and love Paul Walker and we truly lost one of the good ones," said Johnson to Access Hollywood's Shaun Robinson, "My number one thought is for his daughter [Meadow Walker]. I believe she is doing okay. I think she's doing as okay as she can."

'The Fast and Furious 7' film which has an all-star cast including the late Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, Jordana Brewster, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Michelle Rodriguez, Kurt Russell and Romeo Santos will appear in movie theaters on April 10th 2015.
