'Fallout 4' Update News: Newest Patch Update Brings ExitSave, Newest Vault-Tec Workshop Features
For all "Fallout 4" players out there, there are reports saying that a new update has been released by Bethesda. The update patch 1.6 was recently released for the PlayStation 4 (PS4) and Xbox One gaming consoles.
According to Attack of the Fanboy, the features of the patch would include an "ExitSave" feature which will be created once a player exits the game through the Main Menu or Desktop (for the PC). When the game is continued, the ExitSave will be deleted instantly after it is loaded by the system. This feature will be available on all difficulty levels in the game.
There will also be some new add-on-specific icons that will be available in the Workshop mode of the game. What's interesting in the patch is that Codsworth will be learning more than 300 new names which he can now pronounce in the game.
The patch also includes a support for future add-ons in the game that may have something to do with the upcoming Vault-Tec Workshop mode DLC which would be released on July 26. Bethesda has given an introduction to this vault but also gave a heads up that players must be at least level 20 to survive in this workshop vault.
The said workshop is not really something required in the game. Even Vault-Tec Workshop Lead Designer Kurt Kuhlmann said that they are not leading the gamers to go through it immediately.
"The reason we don't lead you to it before you're level 20 is that the space itself is minimum level 35, so if you stumble into it when you're below 20, it'll be really difficult. If you go in at level 5, you'll probably just get killed," Kuhlmann said.
The "Vault-Tec Workshop" add-on will be available on July 26, 2016 for the PC, Xbox One and the PS4.
