'Fallout 4' Release Date & Update News: 'The Art of Fallout 4' Art Book To Feature Characters, Weapons, Concept

Despite the rejection of its graphics by fans and critics, developer Bethesda does not see any reason to slow down the promotion of its action role-playing open world video game, 'Fallout 4.'

Latin Post says that 'Fallout 4' may perhaps be Bethesda's biggest release ever and, hence, they are doing the whole lot possible to ensure that the title is marketed in all possible platforms. In fact, this time, 'Fallout 4' will not only be availble for consoles and mobile devices, but it will also come in a book form. Bethesda has already confirmed that the upcoming book, titled "The Art of Fallout 4," will be published by Dark Horse Comics and will hit bookshelves on Dec. 22.

The content of "The Art of Fallout 4" will comprise some important features from the making of the game. Meanwhile, Polygon reports that the book will also feature some concepts related to the game, locations, characters as well as storylines. Fans, who are keen to know more about the background of "The Art of Fallout 4," can read some messages from the developers and get a glimpse of how 'Fallout 4' was developed.

The report further states that the book's exclusive artworks include never-before-seen images of 'Fallout 4' characters and weapons, making it more important for fans to grab a copy.

In fact, "The Art of Fallout 4" is a collector's item, and with 'Fallout 4' preparing to launch on Nov. 10, the timing couldn't be more ideal. A report in Tech Times states that pre-ordering of the hardcover art book has already begun. Bethesda will be retailing the book for $40 and it will start shipping from Dec. 22. On the other hand, Amazon has offered a 30 percent discount, reducing the price to $28.06 with an earlier shipping date on Nov. 10.

Fans that want more of the 'Fallout 4' can also check the Bethesda Store for free merchandise, which forms a part of the company's countdown to the launch date. The store features apparel, bags and a many more.

Tech Times reports that Bethesda claimed 'Fallout 4' may possibly sell more than 'The Elder Scrolls' series, particularly 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim,' which was touted as the game of the year in 2011. 'The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim' was also developed by Bethesda.

According to the report, currently the 'Fallout 4' team is focused on "pushing the core game out" for its November release.
