'Fallout 4' Far Harbor Release Date, DLC News: Details On Missions, Characters Revealed; Involves Puzzles, Data Retrieval?
In line with Bethesda's "Fallout 4: Far Harbor," details on missions and characters have been revealed.
"Fallout 4: Far Harbor" includes a story mission that requires the player's character to engage with a computer simulation to secure some safeguarded information, according to PC Gamer. As per the publication, the said tasks is puzzle-like, in which the character has to move and place blocks to fill in gaps, position sentry guns to deal with automated defenses, as well as reflect light beams through specific cubes to access the files.
Build and destroy themes through data retrieval and hacking are also presented by "Fallout 4: Far Harbor," as per Eurogamer. According to the publication, the game concept is to build bridges and disable firewalls by using nodes to reflect energy for hacker programs to obtain amounts of data from selected storage devices.
According to Forbes, "Fallout 4: Far Harbor" allows a player to choose the character he wants; however, the idea was not actually at par with the backstory of the character. This allows people to introduce things that build character's experience, since his initial thoughts are about the day that the bombs descended to man's territories. It is assumed that it is Bethesda's way to make the gameplay flexible and player-centric.
Previously, Bethesda revealed that "Fallout 4: Far Harbor" was set for release for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows on May 19 in Europe, United States, and Asia. However, Gotta Be Mobile has learned that the game's release in Asia is yet to be announced.
