Fall Out Boy Rocks 'The Voice' Stage Performing "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark (Light Em Up)" on NBC, Watch Here (VIDEO)
"The Voice" was back last night with the results show for the Top 5 contestants.
At the end of the night, the two that got sent home were Sasha Allen (Team Shakira) and Amber Carrington (Team Adam).
So that leaves just Team Blake (Danielle Bradbery, Swon Brothers) and Team Usher (Michelle Chamuel) to battle out the Top 3 for the crown of Season 4 champ.
There were several performances last night including Fall Out Boy hitting "The Voice" stage singing their song, "My Songs Know What You Did in the Dark". They can be hit or miss live sometimes, but the mix (props to the sound guys) and their energy was great, it was a very solid performance.
Patrick Stump seems to have a new confidence performing now since losing his weight and his voice has always sounded great.
The only awkward thing was that Michelle Chamuel came out to perform with them but never really sang a part, just a background vocal on the chorus. So not really sure why she even came out there with them.
Fall Out Boy is currently in the midst of a world tour right now and seem to be tighter as a band than ever now musically.
Terry McDermott was a contestant last season (Season 3) on "The Voice" and quickly became a favorite with his strong and effortless rock voice.
McDermott made it all the way to the finals and got runner up to winner Cassadee Pope. He was back on "The Voice" stage for the first time since and he performed his new single, "Pictures".
It is more of a rock balled, but right in the vein of what you would expect from his upcoming material and he sounded great.
"Pictures" is available now on iTunes with his full album to be released soon.
Season 3 favorite Nicholas David also performed last night and it was great to see him back on "The Voice" stage.
