Eva Mendes and Ryan Gosling seem to be loving all the joys and wonders that come with being new parents. Mendes appeared on the 'Ellen' show this week and was so incredibly happy and was practically overjoyed about parenthood.

Mendes and Gosling welcomed their baby Esmeralda into the world in September. Mendes says that the baby is always waking them up and they are incredibly exhausted, but she never knew being this tired would feel so great! Eva says that she is loving every minute that her beautiful two-month-old keeps her awake.

Ellen asked Mendes about why the couple lied about being pregnant and even about the baby's birth. Mendes said that she wanted a very calm and relaxing pregnancy and if they told the press about it, she wouldn't have had that at all.

They also chose to keep Esmeralda's birth secret because they want her to have a very private life. They do not want the paparazzi all over their child. This has been working out pretty well for them so far.

Gosling has been busy filming a movie in Atlanta with Russell Crowe, but he has been flying back and forth to Los Angeles to take any time he can to spend with his two beautiful ladies.

However, there have been many rumors saying that Mendes has allegedly banned Gosling from talking to his former girlfriend, Rachel McAdams. She has called him a couple of times to wish the baby and the new family well.

As it stands, these rumors are unfounded and have not been confirmed or denied by any of the parties involved.
