Eva Longoria News: Actress Says She Wants to be the 'Female George Clooney' to InStyle Magazine

Actress Eva Longoria is 40 and is beautiful more than ever as she recently showcased her timeless beauty on the magazine cover for the August issue of InStyle magazine. The actress is apparently well-driven in her career to the point that she revealed that she wanted to be the "female George Clooney."

Apparently, Longoria, who sported a stylish floral short dress while sitting down bare foot for the cover of InStyle wants to have a career like that of the renowned actor, Clooney. The 40-year-old beauty explained, "I want to be the female George Clooney," talking about her career and Clooney's. "He directs, produces and stars. I want to be in charge of the final product," she added.

So far, Longoria has now tried producing in the Devious Maids hit drama series. And has been acting and will soon be starring in the upcoming NBC series 'Hot & Bothered'.

Indeed the show title is just appropriate for the actress since she has been in her fittest body yet but not bothered since she is very happy especially in her romantic love life with businessman Jose Antonio Baston. "I'm in a happy place right now, so it's easy to be open and in love," she said when asked about her love life.

Longoria is indeed happy in her life which is obvious in her aura. She even spilled a little beauty tricked she mastered already, and that is putting on fake lashes. "I've been using individual fake eyelashes since my pageant days," she revealed adding, "Squeeze the glue out and let it dry for a minute before applying lashes. If you put them in the glue right away, they slide like crazy."

And of course, she wouldn't just let herself be just a beauty, but Longoria is also one woman who stands up to what she believes in. and in her recent speaking gig at the National Association of Latino Independent Producers Media Summit luncheon about Donald Trump's recent statement regarding the Mexicans, she recalled it with the magazine saying, "We're the fastest-growing demographic in the United States, but I don't want us to just be a large group," she said adding, "We have to be influential. We have to stand for something."
