Six-time Stellar Award winner and GRAMMY^®  nominated recording artist VaShawn Mitchell's new project, Created 4 This debuts at #3 on Billboard's Top Gospel Albums chart.  The first week sales from  Created 4 This more than tripledthe sales from his critically-acclaimed  2010 release Triumphant.  Created 4 This also debuts at #49 on Billboard's 200. 

The current single, "Turning Around For Me," remains at #9 on Billboard's Top Singles chart.  Mitchell recently completed a series of promo dates that included "Created 4 This" album release events and church visits in New York, Philadelphia, Houston, Washington, DC, and Charlotte.  Mitchell continues on promo tour in Philadelphia for Hezekiah Walker Presents "All Life Has Value" Concert Tour (September 8), Mitchell will also co-host Verizon's How Sweet The Sound event in Detroit (Saturday, September 15), Los Angeles (Friday, September 21) and WLBS-FM's Circle of Sisters event in New York City (October 7).  Additional dates to be announced in the coming weeks.
