Christian rock band Emery gave a sneak peak of their upcoming album on a new podcast called "Break It Down," which will showcase interesting interviews with people in the music, art, and science community.

The podcast is separate from their already popular Bad Christian Podcast, and will be run by band members Matt Carter and Toby Morrell. Emery's upcoming album You Were Never Alone, will be debuted in its entirety over the period of 12 weeks with one new song premiering per episode.

In this preview episode of the podcast that will arrive next week, Carter introduced a mash up of a few tracks to highlight around 10 seconds of the album per clip. The small sampling featured heavy screaming vocals, perfectly synched harmonies, and what appeared to be driving chorus. The music sounds as good as ever, and suits Emery's signature style.

"The first track on our record will premiere VERY VERY soon for the whole world to hear, along with the release date of the record. In the meantime you can hear a sneak peak here and get pumped up!!" wrote the band on Facebook.

Emery recently announced they will be playing a show with fellow post hardcore band Silverstein May 13th in Honolulu, HI at Hawaiian Brian's.

The show will be part of Silverstein's Discovering the Waterfront 10 year anniversary tour, and tickets went on sale February 25.

Emery's upcoming release, You Were Never Alone, will arrive this year on BC Music. Guitarist and vocalist Devin Shelton will be marking his return after temporarily leaving the band for their last record.
