Duke (3-0) will attempt to extend their current winning streak to three games on Friday night, following their recent 81-71 win versus the Michigan St. Spartans (on Tuesday) where Blue Devils guard Quinn Cook had 19 points and 6 assists in the victory.

"It's big," said Cook to reporters.

"Guys have confidence. Especially for the younger guys, for this to be their first big-time game here at Duke, against a Tom Izzo Michigan State team, it says a lot about those guys' maturity. We play together. We don't splinter."

Duke head coach Mike Krzyzewski shared this on battling an equally formidable team at the State Farm Champions Classic game.

"I thought we handled it well," said Krzyzewski to reporters.

"They get loose balls and rebounds really well, and that's the thing, for us to get better, we're going to have to learn to do."

Blue Devils center Jahlil Okafor echoed Coach K's sentiments regarding their squad's major victory at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

"I thought I played decent, but as a team we played great," said Okafor to reporters.

"It was a really big win for us. They gave us a lot of challenges."

Meanwhile, the Owls (2-0) are looking to lengthen their winning streak to three games when they battle the Blue Devils in the Coaches vs Cancer Classic game.

Temple recently defeated the Louisiana Tech Bulldogs by a final score of 82-75 on November 17, where Owls guard Will Cummings scored 20 points in order to lead his squad to the win.

The game will start at 9:30 pm ET and it can be watched on TV on the Tru TV network or online through live stream by clicking here.
