'Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2' Release News: Pre-Order Open Now; New Ability Allows Characters To Change Size

Bandai Namco and Dimps' "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" is coming soon and in line with this are details on its pre-order and new features.

Fans can now pre-order and pre-download "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" on Xbox One, Major Nelson reports. Players have the option to get either the Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 Pre-Order Bundle, which includes the full game, or Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2 Deluxe Edition Pre-Order Bundle, which includes the entire game plus the season pass.

The pre-order bundle costs $59.99 while the Deluxe Edition pre-order bundle costs $89.99.

In other news, "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" is set to have new game mechanics, in addition to new characters. Previously, Bandai released a new trailer for the title and it unveils that characters can undergo transformation with the so-called ability Great Namek or Giant Namekia. This feature enables characters become large in size and in power.

The combat role-playing video game and second "Dragon Ball" video game yet was unveiled for eight generation video game consoles. The game is set in an array of 3D battlefields inspired from various locales in the "Dragon Ball" realm.

Bandai and Dimps' "Dragon Ball: Xenoverse 2" is set to be released for the Xbox One, Microsoft Windows, and PlayStation 4 on Oct. 25 in North America, Oct. 28 in Europe, and Nov. 2 in Japan.
