'Dragon Ball Fusions' News: Available For 3DS Users; Trailer Reveals New Character Fusions

An announcement was made at the annual Anime Expo in Los Angeles, California stating that the "Dragon Ball Fusions" will be released in Japan on the 4th of August. The game will be available for 3DS users only.

According to University Herald, the "Dragon Ball Fusions" recently released a trailer. The trailer introduced how the game is played and as well as its character fusions. A sample of this is a young Goku and Krillin being fused together which ended up into a hideous looking boy.

According to Cinema Blend, the game play of Dragon Ball Fusions is similar to a traditional 3D JRPG. In the game, players would be able to fly all around the world, communicate with different NPCs and also accept quests from all parts of the game world.

In the game, players can recruit and fuse various characters ranging from the Frieza era, the GT era and the Broly era only to name a few. Also, the fight sequences will be different compared to the previous Dragon Ball video games. This time around, it would be like a tactical strategy game where it would be a turn-based type of battle.

Dragon Ball Fusions is an upcoming video game exclusively available for the Nintendo 3DS in Japan. Right now, there are no details yet on its Western release.
