"Devious Maids" left the viewers with a huge cliffhanger regarding Zoila's fate. Now approaching Season 4, one of the cast members allegedly revealed that she could be alive.

Fans may expect that Judy Reyes' character could be back because Dania Ramirez, who plays Rosie, shared a glimpse of the show's behind-the-scenes where Reyes was clearly present via Instagram.

IB Times noted that Zoila's life was in danger when Season 3 ended. Susan Gucci, who portrays Genevieve, revealed during the AOL Build Event two months ago that Zoila was "highly pregnant" towards the finale.

"The doctor came to Genevieve [and said] she had to make a serious decision between saving Zoila's life or the unborn baby." Given the delicate condition, Genevieve will make a life-changing decision by choosing between the unborn baby and her friend, and it looks like the decision has been revealed right before the next season arrives.

On the other hand, Gucci also gave a hint about Adrian. Aside from the aforementioned character, Adrian was also on the verge of death when Season 3 ended. However, the actress subtly explained that it might turn the other way around.

"A lot of people want to know if Adrian survives," she continued. "Adrian on paper is a very unsympathetic, sleazy kind of a character, but in the hands of Tom, you love this guy and root for him and you want him to live. And that's part of what we'll focus on in the beginning."
