'Deus Ex: Mankind Divided' Gameplay News: New Clip Leaks Game Setting, In-Game Missions
The latest update of Square Enix's "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" revolves on the title's gameplay.
PlayStation Access released the gameplay video for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided," with Nathan Ditum and David Jackson in the commentary. The clip shows one of the game settings and it features an old structure, which has many in it. People can also be seen inside and they are busy with their own businesses.
As the character goes upstairs, an armed man approaches, asking for an identification scan. It is then followed by a series of exploration and dialogues.
Some areas are restricted and are guarded by security personnels. They will just ask the player to walk back and find another way. Also, the gameplay video allows players to determine if a certain item is movable or not, along with other options on what they can do with it. A case in point is a wooden box, which can be grabbed by the playe's character. Once grabbed, more choices will appear, such as rotate, drop, and throw.
The game is assumed to be as user-friendly as it can be, since it also allows gamers to see where the character is in the locale, with the map on the upper right corner of the screen.
Along with the brief glimpse on the title's gameplay, players can also work on some missions in the game. According to Game Spot, the game now has more side missions that its predecessor and they are now more complex than before.
Published by Square Enix, "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" is set to be released on Aug. 23.
