'Destiny' Update April 2016 News, Details: Level 41 Difficulty Is Available For Prison Of Elders?

Bungie has dropped its update for "Destiny" on April 12 which brought changes, particularly on the Prison of Elders activity.

According to Bungie, players with a Recommended Light 320 can play Challenge of the Elders and the Sigil Passage tickets can be picked up from Variks.

"Prison of Elders now has a Level 41 difficulty available, this version has a chance at having Taken enemies," it said. "Combatants within the Prison of Elders will now provide credit towards applicable Vanguard bounty requirements."

Meanwhile, the "Destiny" April update also no longer requires players to get the key to open the Prison of Elders chest. The same goes for the Armor and Weapon Cores which no longer need to be purchased.

"Keys can now be used directly from inventory to provide House of Judgement faction reputation

Variks' inventory has been updated," it explained.

"Tokens of Flight, Identity, and Judgement are no longer needed to purchase items," the website added. "Tokens can still be used directly from player's inventory to provide House of Judgement faction reputation."

Bungie also addressed the issues from the "Destiny" April update, according to the news report from EGM Now.

"The first major issue addressed was the missing Sterling Treasure boxes," the website said. "Players are supposed to receive one each week from the Postmaster, but a lot of players were reporting that they had been snubbed by the post-delivering robot."

Bungie, for its part, also said that the "Destiny" April update featured some glitches.

"We are aware of an issue where some players' Clan Tags are not appearing in-game after accepting Update 2.2.0. Using the 'Repair Clan' feature on Bungie.net should resolve this issue," it added.
