'Destiny: Rise of Iron' News: DLC Launching On Sept. 20; Includes New Story Campaign, Armors And Gears
Destiny will be releasing a new DLC real soon and fans can't miss out on this. The storylines for the upcoming DLC may have something to do with the events that would lead to a sequel for the franchise.
There may be a miscommunication on their marketing side since there was an image that was posted on the game's website way too early. There was even a link attached to the post but since it was posted too early, the link may not be ready yet for those who were able to click on it.
Also, according to Polygon, the game will be having a full sequel and might be released some time in 2017. There is a huge chance that the developers of the game will create a couple more expansions that will eventually lead to a storyline for the sequel.
In addition, the Facebook page "Destiny News" said that the DLC would include a new story campaign; some new armors and gears; new weapons; new raid; maximum light increase; new strike; new plaguelands zone and social space; new cubicle mode and maps; and as well as new enemy faction and bosses. However, there is no confirmation yet regarding this so reader may have to take this with a grain of salt.
Destiny is an online first-person shooter game developed by Bungie. The game is published by Activision and was released internationally in September of 2014. The game was released for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, and Xbox One.
