'Deadpool' Movie News, Release Date: Filming to Start in March 2015, Ahead of February 2016 Premiere

The "Deadpool" movie, starring the third-wall breaking superhero, is finally getting underway with its director Tim Miller, hoping to start filming in March. The shooting will take place in Vancouver, the actor Ryan Reynolds', hometown.

"The movie has booked two months at Vancouver's North Shore Studios, although it isn't known if the production will shoot in any other locations around the city," reports GlobalNews.

This will be Reynolds second time reprising the role of the comic book character, as he was previously tasked with playing a Deadpool adaption in "X-Men Origins: Wolverine."

The movie's take on the character didn't go over very well with critics as it was the first time the character was featured in live action.

Reynold's also had a lackluster portrayal of a certain popular DC superhero in his 2011's "Green Lantern."

"The new father - with actress wife Blake Lively - played the title character in 2011's Green Lantern, which was slammed by critics. It made about $220 million worldwide," writes GlobalNews.

The production team hopes to get it right with Reynolds this time around by sticking very close to the comic book origins.

The movie has been announced to be rated PG-13, which also alarms fans if the adaptation will be able to stay true to the violent vulgar nature of the character. Miller and Reynolds are still very confident of the final product despite being produced under FOX.

Last year the studio released some test footage of the movie that excited a lot of fans. If this movie keeps up that continuity it should be safe from harsh critique from fans.

Along with Reynolds, T.J Miller and Ed Skrein will be starring in the film, however their roles are still unknown.

'Deadpool' is scheduled for release in February 2016.
