David M. Edwards Releases New Gospel Album "Heart Full Of Soul" Today / Available On iTunes
David M. Edwards releases his new Gospel CD Heart Full Of Soul online today. It is available on iTunes and on MaranathaMusic.com. David's release is through Maranatha! Gospel, and is distributed by EMI CMG Distribution. His first single from the album, "I Love The Lord," is currently playing Gospel radio nationwide.
"With Heart Full Of Soul, we have created something to God's glory that I think will bless people and bless His heart," Edwards said. "Every song has a story and came from a place of abiding in Him, a place of loving the Lord and worshiping Him."
The 12-track CD is produced by Dove Award-winning producer Phil Sillas with guest vocals from the legendary family group The McCrarys and Markita Knight. The album leads with "I Love The Lord", an inspirational track with a message of thankfulness and praise to God. Edwards shows his chops as a songwriter, and wrote or co-wrote all of the songs on Heart Full Of Soul.
Edwards shows his vocal and a songwriting talent on the album, but his skill set is much larger than just music. He is the author of Worship 365: The Power of a Worshiping Life and the Worship 365 events. He is also a regular contributor for Rev! Magazine. In 2010, Edwards was honored with the appointment as Artist-In-Residence, in the School of Divinity at Regent University, in Virginia Beach, Va., where he has taught Worship + Renewal since 2008 and serves as the Creative Director of the Regent University International Center for Worship.
