Darryl Hamilton Death News: Former Baseball Player Found Dead in Murder-Suicide

Darryl Hamilton, 50-years-old, was found dead inside his home in Pearland, Texas on June 21st, according to a new report. The former baseball star, who has played for teams such as the New York Mets and San Francisco Giants, was found on the scene of the crime with multiple gunshot wounds.

The Major League Baseball network analyst died in what investigators have concluded to be a murder suicide involving himself and another woman, said the police in a statement to People magazine.

The body of a deceased woman was discovered at the scene of the crime, but unlike Hamilton, she only had sustained on self inflicted gunshot wound.

The police have identified the woman as Monica Joran, the girlfriend of Hamilton.

The cops were originally called to Hamilton's home on the afternoon of June 21st in response to a "domestic situation" according to reports from the Houston Chronicle.

It has also been reported that the couple was living together with their three kids and the couple's fourteen month old child, according to KHOU.

The baby was allegedly in the home at the time of the crime, but did not suffer any harm and is now under the care of the Texas Child Protective Services, according to Heavy.

A friend of Jordan's told Heavy that she was very quiet, which is what made the incident such a huge shock. More details about the case are being investigated.
