'Dark Souls 3' Update Patch 1.04 Notes, News, Details: Bugs, Glitches Fixed; Multiplayer Function Addressed?
From Software today released the "Dark Souls 3" 1.04 update patch which reportedly fixed some bugs and glitches. However, will the changes address the multiplayer function that some players wish?
According to the "Dark Souls 3" 1.04 Update patch notes, as shared by the news article from Video Gamer, the changes will bring performance adjustment to the Greatsword, the Dancer's Enchanted Sword, the Farron Flashsword and the Winged Knight Twinaxes.
As to the bugs, the notes stated, "Fix for issue where multiple items become impossible to use at 'Road of Sacrifices,' 'Farron Keep,' 'Cathedral of the Deep' after clearing the game," as well as "general balance adjustments and bug fixes."
This is not new, of course, as From Software does not really get into details when releasing any updates for the "Dark Souls" series.
There's also a bit of good news for Xbox One players experiencing problems on the Regulations issue, while the solution is not included in the "Dark Souls 3" 1.04 update patch notes, the developer promises that it "is being worked on."
What about multiplayer functionality?
The "Dark Souls 3" update patch notes do not detail any solution to the multiplayer problems, according to VG247 news, but From Software did acknowledge the issue.
"Password matching done under the following conditions may result in an extended amount of time required for the match to complete," it said. "Many players are signed in the corresponding area. There is a large gap between the levels of the players who are using the password."
It seems that players will need to wait for more update for "Dark Souls 3" to address the issue.
