In line with the Netflix's upcoming "Daredevil" season 2, how Charlie Cox's Daredevil interacts with Elodie Yung's Elektra has been revealed.
"Daredevil" season 2 executive producer Doug Petrie described the relationship between the titular superhero and Elektra in the series. In his interview with Entertainment Weekly, Petrie teased that Matt Murdock was a deeply moral complicated guy while Elektra was just the best bad girlfriend one could possibly have.
According to Petrie, Elektra did everything wrong and attractive, adding that she was his id and his wild side. The series' executive producer also mentioned that Murdock was always taming his wild side while Elektra just let it out. For Petrie, Elektra was both repulsed and deeply drawn to that.
Elektra is not the only woman in Daredevil's life, as per Christian Post. According to the publication, the latest "Daredevil" season 2 trailer suggested the probability of seeing Murdock with Karen Page, who is played by "True Blood" actress Deborah Ann Woll. The "Daredevil" season 2 trailer opened with a scene at Castle's house, which indicates that fans are set to see the villain's home. In addition, the trailer revealed Castle's photo with his daughter, which indicates that his family puts a major impact to his story arc in the upcoming series.
